The Placement Committee has definitely been very helpful during my placement journey. They guided me through the possibilities while being incredibly candid about what could unfold. This helped me with making decisions. Apart from the placement process itself, my experiences at SIMC have definitely helped me strengthen my professional skills. All my interview rounds with Cognizant focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and my experience. Coincidentally, most of my extracurricular experiences were facilitated by SIMC.

I was involved in AI - Comvisage ‘23 and Comvisage ‘24, which were organized by our Corporate Interface Team, and I participated in the AI Futures Lab event by UNESCO x MICA. The recruiters were particularly interested in these parts of my CV, and I owe my exposure through these experiences to SIMC. The advice for future batches is to step out of their comfort zones, explore beyond the immediate competition, and gain broader exposure to academic and professional opportunities.
