Dr. Mudita Mishra holds a doctorate in Media and Communication from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She has been a faculty member at the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC) in the MBA (Communication Management) programme since 2017. She teaches courses such as Content Creation and Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Organisational Behaviour, Research Methodology, and Qualitative Research Methods.

Prior to her association with SIMC, she worked with various higher education institutions across Western and Northern India, culminating in a teaching experience of over 12 years.

Her research publications span academic domains such as cultures of consumption, streaming media, and consumer behaviour. Her doctoral work focused on video streaming platforms in India and the emergent consumption cultures therein.
